What We Provide

Nutritious food to families where the mother is pregnant or postpartum (up to 1 year after birth).

3 nutritious meals per day, 7 days a week for each approved household member

Cooked meals and fleishigs under CHK Hashgacha.
Eligibility
-
Pregnant or Post-partum women with Medicaid Managed Care Plans.

Additional family members with Medicaid Managed plans
-
Resides in Brooklyn.

Approval is granted for up to 6 months.

If the need continues, you may apply for an additional 6 months (until the baby turns 1 year old).
